The holographic samples provided to me significantly differ in material quality from the ordered ones. These samples appear to either originate from a different factory or have been produced at a higher standard. For instance, the gold hologram I requested for a customer is made of a material that is prone to bubbles upon application, with an uneven surface. The sample package is differerent. Moreover, the supplier initially quoted $290 for the first order. When I inquired about placing the same order again using the same mould but in silver, hoping for improved quality, they provided a quote of $370 for identical design and material (35 micron thickness holographic paper). This suggests a strange price making. Additionally, the ordered holograms were incorrect twice before being presented to me accurately. Overall, the staff is friendly and the shipping is on time. If you require a high grade of customization and technical answers it may not be the best supplier.

The quality was as good as anything here and the United States obviously the cheap per price was very helpful in keeping cost down.
